Q. I have a specific car in mind and I don’t see it in your inventory, can Auto Export Trader find it for me?

A. Certainly, all you need to do is contact one of our trained specialists or simply fill out the short from on our Car Locator Service page for your no obligation quote. You will be asked a number of questions in order to make sure that our search matches the vehicle you require. In some instances we ask for a 20% deposit based on the value of your selection. This deposit is 100% refundable if for some reason we are unable to locate a car.

Q. How does Auto Export Trader locate the vehicle I require?

A. We work with a varied, yet select group of premier US auto dealers. Through these reliable and trusted partners, we are able to procure virtually any vehicle you desire - cars, light and heavy duty trucks, vans, SUV's - at an extremely competitive price and in most cases below the locally offered price.

Q. How can I pay for my vehicle?

A. Payments must be made via bank wire transfer for full payment. We also accept deposit payments up to $2,500 using PayPal.

Q. What currencies do you accept?

A. All transactions for vehicle purchase must be made in U.S. dollars.

Q. What Auto Export Trader’s terms of payment?

A. Full payment must be made prior shipment.

Q. Do I make payment arraignments payable to Auto Export Trader or the participating dealers where the car is located?

A. Our trained specialists will assist you in making payments directly to the dealership where the car is located.

Q. Do the cars from Auto Export Trader come with a warranty?

A. We do not offer a warranty on cars shipped outside USA. But you can be assured of a top quality car because since we only work with the most reputable dealers and each car is thoroughly inspected before being offered for sale. You can also order and independent inspection at your cost which we can arrange for you.

Q. Will I need specific documentation to import my car through Auto Export Trader?

A. Yes you will. The most commonly required documentation for importing a vehicle is:

  •  A Bill of Lading
  • Your Customs Invoice
  • A Manufacturers Certificate of Origin or Title
  • And additional documents may be required depending on your country’s import regulations.

Q. Will you help me in the shipment of the vehicle?

A. Of course we do. Most customers do prefer that we assist them in making the shipping arraignments including choosing the carrier though you always have the option of handling the shipping yourself. Please do remember that it is the buyer who is responsible for the shipping cost.

Q. How is the vehicle shipped?

A. On overseas shipments, the standard method is by roll-on/roll-off (meaning vehicle is driven onto ship and is not placed in a container). Container shipment is also available should a client request this service.
